Excellent hotel - one of the oldest in town. Wonderful staff, very friendly and professional. High standard, unique interior, delicious food. Very clean, they produce their own shampoo and washing products - all natural with essential oils. I came for business and had the most pleasant experience staying at this cozy and luxurious hotel. Thanks to the team of amazing people who made mine and my business partners time - a wonderful experience. Thank you Roland, Martin, Henrik, Marina, Ivan, Julia for best possible hospitality. The Ruby Sofie is an excellent choice for travellers who require a safe haven for their stay. The essential amenities, such as lights, plumbing, heating,etc seem brand new and are in perfect working condition. The extras, such as blackout curtains, light dimmers, soundproofed rooms etc. are well thought-out and much appreciated. Bedding and towels are excellent and there is not a speck of dust to be found in the entire building. The staff are very helpful and personable, Maya at reception and the young man at the bar whose name I didn’t catch were especially welcoming. The hotel is located on a quiet street but a subway station and plenty of bars and restaurants ranging from cozy to classy are in the immediate surroundings. The moderately priced parking garage with direct access to the hotel is a perk you won’t find in many Viennese hotels! Overall a stylish place with excellent value for money!

Truly a remarkable experience! This hotel perfectly complemented my Vienna journey. The decor captivated me; from the common areas to the rooms, everything was tastefully designed and welcoming. The staff exceeded expectations, and I must give a special mention to Mike (if memory serves me right) for his exceptional cocktail skills. Engaging with such a warm staff and having delightful conversations were definite highlights. Also, the room's speaker left such an impression on me that I'm contemplating buying one for my own space.
